Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Preservers platform and related services, you enter a legally binding agreement with Preservers Cybersec Labs. These terms cover how you use our defense systems and the rules for our monitoring and neutralization features.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms and conditions.

Agent operations and authorization

Preservers provides a security layer that uses agents to identify and neutralize cyber threats. By using our services, you grant Preservers the following authorizations:

• 01Autonomous Mapping: You authorize our agents to continuously map and inventory your external attack surface.
• 02Active Neutralization: You grant our defense units the authority to take automated actions to neutralize identified high risk exposures within your defined perimeter.
• 03Real Time Monitoring: You authorize the continuous analysis of your internet facing assets to detect patterns suggestive of an impending breach.

Proprietary Technology and Intellectual Property

The Preservers platform, including its neutralization logic, agent frameworks, and AI models, is the exclusive intellectual property of Preservers Cybersec Labs.

Your use of our services grants you a limited, non-transferable license for your internal security needs. You may not reverse engineer or decompile our proprietary algorithms or agent frameworks.

Shared Responsibility Model

Securing high value financial and data driven workflows is a collaborative effort. Under our shared responsibility model:

Service Levels and Availability

We aim for high platform availability, targeting 99.9% uptime for our core neutralization services.

Maintenance and updates are timed to limit disruption to your defenses. Significant interruptions are communicated through your administrative dashboard.

Liability and Disclaimers

While Preservers uses modern technology to neutralize risks, no security system can prevent every incident. Our services are meant to strengthen your defenses and reduce your attack surface.
